Actress Rosie Perez returned to co-host Anderson Live!, and in a backstage message to host
Anderson Cooper she said she hated that he “bats for the other
team.”
In a humorous 30-second video released
by producers on Thursday, Perez thanked Cooper for inviting her to
guest co-host for a second time.
“Hi Anderson, thank you so much for
having me on the show and asking me to co-host once again,” Perez
said. “And I just think you're still really cute and I still hate

Cooper came out gay early last year
after ducking rumors for years.
In an appearance on ABC's The View,
Cooper said he first came out to friends and family in high school
but kept quiet publicly because his work as a CNN correspondent often
takes him to places where violence against gay people is routine.
