Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison has
posed for the NOH8 Campaign, which
raises awareness and funds for gay rights causes, including ending
California's 2008 voter-approved gay marriage ban, Proposition 8.

Bouska and his partner Jeff Parshley photograph celebrities,
politicians, professional athletes and everyday folks with their
mouths duct taped and the campaign's familiar “NOH8” slogan often
written on one cheek.
In his photograph,
Ellison is wearing a white button-down shirt while he attempts to
peel the duct tape off his mouth.
Ellison mentioned he had posed for the campaign in a Facebook post.
“Proud to join
the NO H8 Campaign to stand for liberty and justice for ALL
Americans,” the Democrat wrote.
14 post has received nearly 500 likes and two dozen comments,
most of which were supportive.
representatives have also joined the campaign, including Debbie
Wasserman Schultz of Florida, Jan Schakowsky of Illinois, Sam Farr of
California, Mike Quigley of Illinois, Jared Polis of Colorado and
Dennis Kucinich of Ohio.
