Singer Ricky Martin has posed for the NOH8 Campaign, which raises awareness and funds for gay rights causes, including ending California's 2008 voter-approved gay marriage ban, Proposition 8.

The campaign's Adam Bouska and his partner Jeff Parshley photograph celebrities, politicians, professional athletes and everyday folks with their mouths duct taped and the campaign's familiar “NOH8” slogan often written on one cheek.

In his photograph, Martin is wearing a white t-shirt and his hands are bound with duct tape.

The 40-year-old Martin came out gay in his 2010 memoir Me, saying he was inspired by his twin sons Matteo and Valentino, who are now 4 years old.

Celebrities who have recently joined the NOH8 Campaign include actress Lana Parrilla, actor LeVar Burton, Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe, singer LeAnn Rimes, actor Taye Diggs, actor James Van Der Beek, actress Aisha Tyler, Glee's Nene Leakes, singer Miley Cyrus, Hot in Cleveland's Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick and Jane Leeves, singer Courtney Love and Meghan and Cindy McCain.
