Comedian Roseanne Barr roasts the cast
of Glee and John Travolta in a promo for her upcoming Comedy
Central special.
The 59-year-old Barr gained fame in the
late 80s as the star of the ABC situation comedy Roseanne.
In the Roast of Roseanne with
Roastmaster Jane Lynch, the comic entertainer takes on John
Travolta, Tom Cruise, the Kardashians, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and
Lindsay Lohan. The show will be hosted by Glee co-star Jane
Lynch and feature guest such as Ellen Barkin, Carrie Fisher and
Sharon Stone.
“I don't want to say that watching
Glee makes you gay, but Mitt Romney accidentally saw it
recently and now he's booty-calling Anderson Cooper,” Barr opines
in the promo.
On Travolta she adds: “Propositioning
masseurs is one thing but getting your hair and makeup done at a
funeral parlor: What the fuck?”
The Roast of Roseanne with
Roastmaster Jane Lynch premieres Sunday, August 12 on cabler
