John Travolta has been hit with a $2
million plus punitive damages lawsuit by a male masseur who claims
the actor attempted to initiate sex with him, TMZ.com
reported.
In his lawsuit, the massage therapist
alleges that Travolta attempted to have sex with him during a
$200-an-hour massage session at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
A naked Travolta allegedly rubbed the
masseur's leg, touched his scrotum and the shaft of his penis as he
was being rubbed down.
The unnamed masseur, who first made his
claims in March in the National
Enquirer, said he told Travolta that he does not have sex
with his clients. A persistent Travolta offered to do a “reverse
massage.”
Travolta allegedly masturbated in front
of the masseur and told him that “Hollywood is controlled by
homosexual Jewish men who expect favors in return for sexual
activity.”
A representative for Travolta denied
the charges in a statement given to GossipCop.com.
“This lawsuit is a complete fiction
and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit occurred.
The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is
a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn't been
identified with a name even though it is required to do so.”
“On the date when plaintiff claims
John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he
was on the East Coast.”
