Scott Thorson, Liberace's former
boyfriend, claims he had an affair with Michael Jackson.
In an interview with Entertainment
Tonight, Thorson claimed he and Jackson shared an intimate
relationship in the early 80's and traveled together extensively.
When interviewer Christina McLarty
asked if the relationship had ever turned sexual, Thorson, 54, began
by saying, “Michael and I had a relationship that … yes ...”
“Would cross the boundaries of
friends?” McLarty interrupted.
“Yes, would cross the boundaries and
that's about all I'm comfortable in saying. But yes.”
“We were both young, we both liked
each other, we had a lot of fun. We went all over Europe together.
Michael was my best friend, I was his best friend,” he added.
Thorson detailed his life with Liberace
in his 1998 book Behind the Candelabra: My Life With Liberace,
which is being made into a movie with Michael Douglas playing
Liberace and Matt Damon as Thorson.
Thorson also stated that a drug
addiction was to blame for the demise of his relationship with
Liberace, who died in 1987 of complications from AIDS. (Watch the
