Glee co-stars Naya Rivera and Cory Monteith, and the Jersey Shore's Vinny Guadagnino, star in a new anti-bullying campaign from the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).

“13 million kids will be bullied in the U.S. this year. 3 million students are absent each month because they feel unsafe at school,” Rivera says in one of the public service announcements. “There are many ways to help, from standing up for a kid at school, to teaching kids about acceptance and love.” (The video is embedded in the right panel of this page. The campaign was released ahead of Friday's New York and Los Angeles opening of the documentary film Bully, which is being released without a rating after the Motion Picture Association of America's (MPAA) decision to give it an R rating was protested by Michigan teen Katy Butler.

In the film, which is being distributed by The Weinstein Company, viewers meet the victims of bullies, including 12-year-old Alex from Sioux City, Iowa and 16-year-old Kelby from Tuttle, Oklahoma. Kelby's ordeal began after she came out gay.
