Kristen Bell has recorded a video for
the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) Americans for Marriage Equality
campaign.
“When my fiancee and I decided to get
married it was because we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our
lives together,” Bell says in the 30-second video released on
Wednesday. “And it breaks my heart to know that millions of gay
Americans still can't marry the one they love. And I can. That
makes no sense.” (The video is embedded in the right panel of this
page. Visit
our video library for more videos.)
The 31-year-old Bell, who currently
stars on Showtime's House of Lies, and comedian Dax Shepard,
37, earlier
announced they would not wed until their gay and lesbian friends can.
