Fred Karger on Tuesday released a new
ad in New Hampshire that highlights his support for gay marriage.
In the 30-second ad, titled Fed Up,
Karger says he's unlike any of his GOP presidential rivals.
“Fed up with the Republican Party?”
a male announcer rhetorically asks over a graphic which includes GOP
presidential candidates Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Rick
Perry, Rick Santorum, Michele Bachmann and Jon Huntsman. “Well
there's one candidate you just might like.”
Karger is promoted in the ad as a
moderate Republican for supporting a woman's right to choose, an end
to the war in Afghanistan and marriage equality.
“Send the Republican Party a
message,” he announcer adds. “Vote for Fred Karger.” (The

“I want to let New Hampshire voters
know that if they are not happy with the other seven Republicans
running for president that there is one sensible, moderate candidate
in the race,” Karger said in a statement.
Karger has campaigned heavily in New
Hampshire, where, unlike early caucus state Iowa, moderate
Republicans are favored over those focusing on social issues.
Karger, a gay marriage advocate and
former GOP political consultant, is America's first openly gay
presidential candidate.
